Just finished Day 1 of burn fat and build lean muscle challenge. :)

Hi guys, I recently got to know this great channel and today I started a workout challenge, "5 Day Workout Challenge to Burn Fat and Build Lean Muscle"!

I thought it can do it easily but wow, it was HARD. I was able to keep doing it because they were doing the workout and sweating together.

I hope I can finish all workouts and complete this challenge. Wish me luck! :)
