Working Out is Good for My Mental Health

Hi everyone,

Just wanted to mention how good FB makes me feel. I don't always get to work out, but when I do it does wonders. I was feeling extremely anxious today. I was trying to study for a license but I was feeling crazy. I've never really felt nervous for tests before. I think I've been pushing myself too hard to be ready for the exam earlier. Anyway, nothing helped me and I wasn't concentrating. I did an FB workout, and magic, I feel so much better. It's like cheap therapy.
