Overly working and being hard on myself during workouts

HI,

This is my first time writing to the community even though ive been here since 2014.i feel like i can finally get this off my chest. ive been sort of just dealing with it and just overly pushing myself. now i know your suppose to push to this best of your ability but, i find myself getting angry when i cant get a move out properly , for example if kelli or daniel show a combo move i expect myself to watch and get it immediately but that's obviously not how this works, ill run myself to the ground until i get it, and only then when im satisfied im happy instead of giving myself lead way to make mistakes how do i stop being so hard on myself during workouts
