Hello, I've been using the videos for awhile and I feel stronger, but I don't appear to be losing the bit of excess flab. I thought that I'd give either Samsung Health or MyfitnessPal (enable to watch my food intake as well) but I'm not sure what category my workouts fall under in the apps. There is no HIIT, general cardio, or abs workout category to add them to. Would HIIT be considered circuit training? What would the ab workouts be considered as? Pilates? All I have listed for abs are single moves like crunches and such.
