Working out with Fibromyalgia

I've seen quite a few posts from folks with fibromyalgia, but I wanted to ask a particular question. I was just recently diagnosed, and while I've had success modifying my workout routine to be lower impact and more respectful of my body's sensitivities (instead of beating myself up for them and pushing through pain) I'm having particular issues modifying my lower body routines in a way that feels satisfying. I have a lot of sensitivity in my knees and hips especially, so a lot of those ranges of motion feel unsafe.
