Day 12 Fit 30

The post title is Day 12 but I still have to do Day 11 before I’m done with Week 2! I’ve been doing the workouts a bit out of order to accommodate my mood/energy & work schedule. So, out of order & late, but working my way through just the same.

I had great company today. We turned on some music and got our workouts in, now for a shower & then back to work. I’ll be mostly editing and writing today (my favorite projects).

I hope you’re all doing well and that you find some time for some smart movement in your day today. Remember, it only takes a few minutes to make a difference! In a pinch, I recommend turning on your favorite song and dancing around for a even just a minute, just to shake up your mood. Even better if your dancing is goofy enough to laugh at yourself ☺️ Do you have any go-to tricks or tips for adding in bits of movement and stress reduction throughout your day? I’m all ears!
