Tips for consistency

Hi all! My motivation is very fluctuating. After a week or more of continuing to exercise very regularly and enthusiastically, I suddenly take a long break at the slightest difficulty. These difficulties are sometimes small and sometimes big: getting tired more than usual at work, sometimes being much more hungry than I had planned, sometimes I have another program to attend, this time there is someone covid at home and I am taking care of him (his situation is very mild fortunately).

In summary, I would be very happy if you share your suggestions about how you maintain your discipline when you don't feel like it. Thanks!
