Perspiration Pals 24 March 2022

Hello Pals! Based on your replies to yesterday’s question, apparently very sport Pals. My abs are still sore from Day 1 of the Abs Program and Day 2 confirmed my belief that combo moves are really not for me. Mind you, it’s probably good for my body. Anyway, let’s get down to business. Today’s question is this:

What kind of movement/exercise do you not like at all even if you know it’s good for you? I think we might have discussed it before or maybe it was a similar topic in which case I’m sorry but I’m not too creative today. Or maybe ever. 😊
