Tasha you killed me! 😅

Yesterday was day 1 of the 4 week routine that I put together (love this feature by the way). My routine started off with this lower body workout from Tasha:

On paper this didn't sound too bad, but it had me sweating bullets and struggling to catch my breath. I knew it was a great workout just from that, but on top of that I woke up this morning and I could hardly move! My legs are so sore and feel so heavy today. I'm definitely walking slower and sitting down very gingerly today lol.

If you're looking for a great lower body workout to do, I highly recommend this one!
