Hi hello I'm very proud of myself

I just did Strong Round 2 Day 1. I even did the extra credit. And I had physical therapy before. I used a backpack with 19 kilo of dumbbells for the lower body strength and it felt so nice doing strength training with higher weight again. I wish I had done this sooner. It just felt really good doing the workout and the extra credit. I feel confident I'll be able to keep up with the program like this. It's been a long time since I've felt this accomplished after a workout. Very happy with this! Thanks to the community here for supporting me through my recovery journey
