Feeling on top

Ive been working out consistently every day for a whole week. I havent been able to train for almost a year so this a huge progress for me. Due to my bussy working schedule and picking up the kids Ive put less stress on myself to fullfill a 45 min strenght session and instead try to moderate between low and high impact so that I at least get my #workoutcomplete on the scheduled days. And if I only have time for 10-20 min low impact workout I’ll do it. And other days like in the weekends I have better time then I will do the longer sessions and higher impact. My motto is Its better than nothing and I feel so relaxed after a workout. Im going to continue this journey🤞😀
