C25K week 7 complete

On track with the 25 minutes of non stop running this week.

Next week I up it to 28 minutes.

I'm recovering much quicker though I haven't seen my face this red in ages!!

I need to change up my route though....I'm dreading the hills but they can't be avoided. Running in circles in the park doesn't appeal to me anymore. So hills it will be. Getting out the door next week might involve a lot of butt kickers!! :-)
