Happy Sunday Ppals!

Thanks to everyone who participated in our do a child's pose at 7 PM your time. I hope it helped you find your center. So what pose or exercise should we all do next? Or should be pick a favorite 10 min workout and all do it on a certain day?

Full disclosure I almost forgot to a child's pose and did mine at 9:10.

I am getting ready to go to the beach tomorrow-my happy place and it has thrown my exercise week off. I have done mostly walking and stretching the last few days. Today I did Kayla's new upper body warm-up. It was fun! I used an umbrella. I know I kept that large umbrella that was awkward to carry anywhere for a reason. Then I did a 10 min upper body workout to keep my upper body happy until I start FB30Fit again in a few days.
