Happy Saturday :)

Today is my cheat day. I eat relatively clean 6 days a week and then I enjoy myself on a Saturday.

Cycling this morning and then some upper body with Daniel.

Today I enjoyed a sugar rush (I have a sweet tooth), which means some cake from the local bakery.

For lunch some lean chicken and mashed potatoes after my workout.

For dinner? Chicken burger and french fries, washed down with Kunig, a delicious German wheat beer.

As Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson Says, "Don't cheat yourself, treat yourself, enjoy your cheat days, you've earned them".
