Ran a mile to get lunch!

It’s super nice out today. Like, tank top and shorts weather. Sunny days like this always make me crave a good sub.

However, the sub place is only a mile away. I didn’t want to have to hop in my car and waste time being in the sun. So, I decided to just run to get the sub and walk back.

I think, for me at least, being able to just casually decide to run a mile and not be out of breath is a HUGE accomplishment! Just shows how important and functional general fitness can be :)
