Working out in the morning...

...is really hard if your brain hasn't woken up yet!

Just finished a lower body workout where the very first exercise was a step up. I have powerblocks so I took out one of the adder weights from the handle, put the handle back into the weights and off I go.

After a couple of step ups I'm thinking wow I can't believe how much easier this weight is feeling , I'm getting stronger ! Then after a couple more I realise that even my arms arent getting tired like they usually would. Amazing , I really am getting stronger!

Then I finish the set and realise I am just holding the handles, I forgot to put the selector pin into the weights. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ Disappointing to find out I had not indeed turned into superwoman overnight 🤣
