Woke up this morning feeling fantastic!

I woke up this morning with a lot of energy at 7 am. This was the first time in...a very long time. I've been focusing in on my health in a way that makes me feel good! This has included:

- going to bed around 9:30-10:00 (I had been going to bed around 12) and, while going to bed at 12 technically gives me enough hours of sleep, I'm pretty restless so the extra hours helps make up for when I do wake up!

- cooking breakfast, lunch, and dinner at home. I have only ate out ONCE this week, which is huge for me!

- doing a balance of sustained cardio, strength training, and stretching. I'm doing the new program. After some workouts, I will do around 30 minutes of an indoor walking/running workout. Focusing on my cardiovascular health has been a game changer for me. Instead of sitting and watching TV, I do cardio while watching it. Also, focusing on mobility along with typical stretching.

Crazy how small changes can make a big difference!
