Hit a milestone

I squatted 12,5 kilo today and also used it for good mornings and reverse lunges. First time with that weight since the stroke. Though I can leg press 100 kilo so I'm sure I could squat more. I still can't use dumbbells. Used a barbell in my neck. Someone else has to lift it there unfortunately. But still. I also did my booty program cardio workout. It's been a while since I had a proper workout complete. My boyfriend does his workouts after work on Tuesday and Thursday so I can't really do mine after his because then dinner will be late and he will get angry. I can do it before him but only if it's upper body and don't need help. If I don't finish before he gets home, he gets angry. And yes, he has a short fuse.

Anyway something else really amazing happened: Kelli followed me on instagram yesterday and I fangirled so hard. It really does mean a lot to me. She's been so supportive. The entire community Here has been super supportive ❤ 💚💚💚
