Day 2 of FB Fit 30

Day 2 workout complete with my favorite 4 legged buddy 💙

I also managed to film a short new workout today; a hip strengthening complex, full of exercises I relied on in my own healing journey. They are seemingly simple moves that can make a big difference in function. It makes for a great add on to a longer workout.

I’m logging off for the day but I will see you first thing in the morning with a new burnout style core workout (Loki actually joins me for this one, too). Should be fun! See you then ☺️ Kelli
