How do you use FitnessBlender's programs?

Hello everyone 👋 I just started FitnessBlender Low Impact Round 2, and I'm on day 3, but I took a couple days off because I was busy in my life doing other things.... and I was sore anyway. On my calendar, should I just choose the workout listed for "TODAY", or go back a few days to the 3rd actual listed workout in the program (the one that I skipped, because I was resting) and do that one, so I don't miss any? I find it sad that my calendar is off now just because I took two days off.... is there any way to adjust this? What do you do when you take extra days off in a program (or what would you do)?
