Week 9 goal evaluation

I skipped last week because I went to Germany with my son for 3 days while my husband put in a new floor in the living room.

We went on walks (very hilly and with big boulders, so we climbed a bit as well), went swimming and also went bouldering. It was fun most of the time..

I took a week off from working out as well because I was away and because most of the living room furniture was piled up in my workout room.

The week before I accomplished all my bouldering goals. I had a slight panic attack like episode with one boulder, but I tried it again the next time and that somehow broke my plateau.. not the most fun way to break it, but happy about it now. (If you want to know what happened, I made a post about it.)

Food wise still doing okayish..

So this week:

Return the furniture to the living room so I have space in my workout room

Project grade 5 boulders and a few difficult grade 4's.

Start having healthy snacks again. When I did the meal program I had lots of healthy snacks and that really helped me make good food choices at dinner time and eat normal portions..
