Bouncing back after 4 weeks of Covid!

I was so excited to get back into a workout routine today with the FBFIT30 program. Covid made it very difficult to have a routine for the past month but I was able to do some of the low intensity Pilates and stretching videos to stay toned. It sounds strange, but the fact that I’m pouring sweat right now makes me feel a little bit more healed from the residual symptoms lol! Happy Monday!
