Starting back up after 2 year hiatus

I used to be really active on this community. Found FB in summer of 2016 and by 2018, I felt the most fit and energized I've felt in years. I was never the althelic or active type, and FB changed that.

Fast forward to the pandemic hitting in 2020, I stopped all workouts. Haven't worked out since March of 2020 until now.

Time to start back up again. Lost so much strength, and endurance. The hardest part, however, will be just showing up to workouts. So, I think I'll do 15 minutes per day, and that way I can just establish a routine, even if it's not a lot to get the heart pumping.

Wanted to write this, because I missed this community, and I wanted to be held accountable.
