C25K week 5 complete

The peacock is sprouting new feathers and has taken to parading about, making strange noises!

20 MINUTES of non stop running!! Yay!! Not really a breeze- but definitely manageable- and the hardship only increases the after joy!

Followed by 30 minutes of yoga which in turn will be followed by a day of relaxation with a book and some tea and little acts of self love and care...in other words, a perfect Sunday in view!
