My diet is mostly healthy, but I have sugar cravings pretty frequently. I've bought Keto snacks to keep them at bay, but I'd like to eventually reduce how much sugar I eat on a daily basis since that impacts workout results and I don't see as much results when I have a lot of added sugar.
When I drink coffee, I add a lot of sugar and cream, and it's been hard to decrease. I'd love to know how to do that! I try to limit to a cup of coffee a day. Even if I stop having added sugar for a week, I'll get incredibly hungry and then eat a lot of sugar the next week.
