Motivation to workout in the mornings??

So I have always been a night work-er out-er. Always. But lately I've been wanting to start working out in the mornings. I have ample time before work (that I usually just waste on my phone or laying around killing time) but I have so little motivation in the morning.

I tell myself the night before that I'll do it but morning of, im too tired and push it off until later. I want to free up more evening time so really feel ill benefit from morning workouts.

I'm hoping that now that its lighter outside earlier, that'll help wake me up and motivate me. But does anyone have any advice on how to build a good morning workout routine?
