Daily Check-in: Tuesday, March 1st

Hello Blenders, and welcome to March!

How are you fairing today? I'm a bit tired, but otherwise ready for the day. Well, maybe more ready after a little help from some coffee.

So what is Tuesday looking like as far as workouts? ..I had a nice combo yesterday with Tasha's bored easily athletic drills and Kayla's 15 minute ballet inspired core add on. Today I might do something lighter. No solid plan there.

Which can be the same said for dinner. Just ignore my broken record days and share what you have from workouts to food to everything.

And I'll share some blueberry blossoms that decided to join us. It has been pretty warm here lately, so a lot of the plants want to call it Spring already.
