C25K week 4 finished and week 5 begun...

Woo hoo! I never would have thought myself capable of running for 5 minutes non stop but I did....and not just once but thrice!!! That's running five minutes non stop, 3 times! And...it was fine!!! I'm liking this program and it has me puffed up like a peacock!!! A fine way to start a Tuesday....:-)
