Working out on empty stomach... never ending problem :))

Well, I am currently doing the FB Burn workout program and I obivously do it in the morning. I used to workout in the past on an empty stomach and I had no issue with that, mostly because I was doing cardio/ hiit and less strenght.

I am currently having my breakfast, but it's kinda annoying because I need to wait an hour before I can workout, especially when it's a HIIT day.

My main concern is: Since the program has a pretty healthy amount of strenght workouts and I am currently planning to increase the weights, do you think it's going to affect my results if I skip the breakfast and I just go for the workout right after waking up?

I am afraid I won't have enough power to lift the weights or my workout is not going to be effective.

Is anyone else doing streght workout on empty stomach? How is it for you?
