Three-Round Combination Moves Strength Circuit with Plank Finisher

This is a great workout that challenges both total body strength & balance.

Through Tasha's excellent guidance, I manoeuvered my body through newish moves that really worked the corresponding muscles ... even when the move was only within a small range.

The balance work is another component that helps me develop better posture.
