New Plus Workout: Beginner Pilates for Foundational Strength and Stability

Hi FB Family!

I hope you are having a great week and are ready to take it back to the beginning with this workout. I am excited to introduce my latest Pilates routine.

Beginner Pilates for Foundational Strength and Stability

As I mentioned in the workout, I made this routine with three groups of people in mind:

  1. those who are recovering from an injury
  2. those who are just starting or restarting their fitness journeys
  3. those who are scheduled for a rest day but want to do some activity anyway

I relied on this type of routine after my knee surgery in 2020. It helped me build a stronger foundation which helped me correct the imbalances and bad habits I developed from my knee injury.

We often think that going back to the beginning or starting over is a bad thing. Yes, it can be frustrating, but it is not a bad thing. You can gain a different perspective, grow and make changes along the way that will better serve you in the long run. As long as you always put one foot in front of the other and just keep going, you are headed in the right direction.
