What's your current workout plan?

Right now I currently have an emphasis on cardio! I realized I was severely lacking in that department and I've been feeling great since incorporating it more!

Day 1: Lower Body Strength + 30-45 minute walking working

Day 2: Upper Body Strength + 30-45 minute walking/running working

Day 3: Light Movement + Mobility

Day 4: Full Body Strength + 30-45 minute walking/running

Day 5: Light Movement + Mobility

Day 6: Long Run 1 hr - 1 hr 15 minutes
