FB Strong R2 - Week 1 Complete!

Today I did the optional recovery stretches at the end of week 1 and they were definitely needed. My lower body is SORE from Daniel's workout yesterday. I haven't been this sore (from upper body workouts as well) in a long time.

So far I'm really enjoying this program. I loved the first Strong program, so I was super excited to hear that a second one was coming out. It's been fun trying new videos/exercises that I haven't tried before. Tasha's Sphinx Press-Ups were so surprisingly difficult to me! I can't wait to see what the rest of the program has in store! :)
