Lower back pain on deadlifts

Whenever I'm doing deadlifts my lower back hurts. I try to keep it straight and push from my glutes and legs up, but it happens still. I havent worked out in a long time and I'm blaming it on my weak lower back and my poor form. I dont have any medical issues with my back tho, any one else with the same issue? :)
