Accountability for a 2 week challenge

I always feel so overwhelmed starting a workout program or setting goals. I've decided to just break it down and commit for a 2 week challenge and then I'll set another goal.

I am putting it out there....I will workout for a half hour in the morning and in the evening starting today and ending March 5th.

I already did my morning workout the FB30 Plus Challenge!
