I'm seeing some encouraging progress in my yoga practice. No more belly flops in my chaturanga (unless I'm really tired) as well as good form in most of the basic poses.

I'm working toward holding challenging poses a little longer, and I'm really enjoying a more natural flow in the vinyasas.

I also did Amanda's Ballet-Inspired Lower Body Strength video. Awesome!! It's very similar to the Callanetics workout I do from time to time, and very effective for toning.

All in all, a very good week!
