C25k week 3 complete!

Already??? The weeks are going fast!!

Week 3 done which equates to 9 sessions in total. This week was 9 minutes of running / 16 minutes walking....broken down. I jogged for 3 minutes without stopping (twice) which may not seem like a lot but I am HAPPY.

Next week I will jog/run more than I walk and the longest running duration will be 5 minutes. It will be a game changer but so far, so good and no pains. I'm happy that I took on this challenge; I feel like it's good for me as long as I take it slowly. Bring on week 4!!
