Looking forward to the weekend here. Have to do a bit of shopping, so, that will be fun. No, really.

Anyway, to last nights dinner. Leftover cleanup salad. What the heck is that you ask. Well, it is a wonderful salad that I threw some leftover scallop potatoes on. Sort of a wilted greens thing. Topped it with a bit of grated asiago. It was good. Some in the family were ew. Why? I don't know. Feeling wierd I guess.
