How many calories should I aim to burn in a workout/day?

How many calories do you aim to burn in a day? I've done FB and other free workout videos for a number of years and my work (job) also involves being physical--teaching 2-4 dance or yoga classes each day. I also do a workout each morning since these classes don't actually burn a lot of calories. I used to always aim for my early morning workouts to burn 250-325 cal. But now I'm doing the 4 week FB Sweat program. Some days I'm only burning 200 cal with the FB Sweat workout (and bonus video). Is that really going to be enough? Thoughts?
