How to get lean

Hello friends, I have been doing FB for few years, mainly free workouts. I have done FB sweat after my pregnancy and after a year doing it again.

Now, the issue I have is I am not getting lean..my arms are big, legs are big, shoulders are big even though I do HIIT and Strength both.

After pregnancy I lost quite a bit of weight which I think was muscle loss and I felt weak. So decided to go back to workouts. After that I gained so much weight that I don't like it. I buffed up if you know what I mean. My clothes don't fit/look flattering like before pregnancy.

I do intermittent fasting and workout 5 days a week. I don't know what I am doing wrong.

My goal is to become lean and strong. Please help.
