Perspiration Pals 16 February 2022

Hello there, Pals! It’s Wednesday again. I found it really difficult to climb out of bed this morning. I mean anyone caught me in the act they would think I’m at least 95 years old. And the thought that some of you actually work out after climbing out of bed fills me with the unhealthy mixture of awe and envy.

That brings us to today’s question. Working out may elicit all kinds of emotions. Frustration, even anger sometimes. I know these are negative emotions but it’s a lot easier to deal with the positive ones so my question is this: How do you handle negative emotions? Frustration because you’re not satisfied with your performance or anger because you keep making the same mistakes that might cause injuries, etc.

I have to be short today, sorry about that, because I have a lot to do at work but I’ll do my best to get back to you as soon as possible. (probably in the evening)

PS, I couldn't post the image I chose. Frustrating..
