Yesterday "In the Kitchen" Tuesday 2-15-22

Good day everyone.

Hope you all had a fabulous Valentine's Day, if you celebrate that particular day. Our three day weekend was great. Lots of things done around the house and car maintenance.

Bonus image from yesterday "In the Kitchen," since I was home for lunch. I made a salmon dip and served it on the weekends sourdough bread with some thinly sliced tomato, a drizzle of EVOO and some cracked pepper.

Dinner was a Valentine's Day dinner for the girls. Grilled marinated lamb, oven roasted seasoned potato, and steam sauteed veggies (carrot, cabbage, bell pepper). It was a great meal. Marinated the lamb in red wine, garlic, lemon, black pepper, dijon mustard, EVOO, and fresh rosemary.
