I will start a Masterclass today from Jon Zabat-Kinn on mindfulness and meditation. Our company gave us a free three-month subscription to Masterclass and I think I could benefit greatly from this type of class, as I am trying to find myself again. For those of you who have tried meditation, what have been the benefits?

Temperatures should not be as cold today, so I will go for a walk. And depending on my energy level, I will continue Strong 2. What have you planned on this day?
