Seeing progress with nutrition mindset!

I’m always thankful for this community. Fitness Blender has helped me not only physically, but mentally as well in regards to food!

A new bakery opened in my hometown and over the weekend my mom surprised me with some homemade bagels. A year or two ago, I would’ve panicked and been like “well this isn’t healthy. Where am I going to fit this in? Maybe I can have one for dessert?” And then feel guilty if I didn’t eat it.

Yesterday and today, I had the delicious bagel for breakfast and balanced it with some bacon for protein, butter for fat, and fruit on the side for some micronutrients. It kept me fueled all the way until lunch!
