Day 1 of Full Fusion Complete!

I was a little apprehensive about doing a full body program as I tend to prefer a lower/upper split. However, after seeing everybody rave about it, I had to give it a go!

The first workout went great. It’s the kind of workout that makes me feel athletic! Coming from a gymnastics background, as much as I love strength training, it makes me feel strong but not super athletic. It was fun doing some of the OLY weightlifting moves like snatches :)
