On my walk last Sunday, there was a little snow left. A cactus in snow caught my eye.
Themes like endurance and perseverance come to mind probably because that’s what I’m trying to do! Do you have other suggestions for captions?
In other news, the cats are full of it. Tabitha was outside with Galahad’s girlfriend, and apparently they get along, or ignore each other well in the same vicinity. My son said that’s what we need a third cat to help Tabitha and Gallagher get along. We might need the cat hormone plug-in to help mellow Galahad. He’s not bad, he’s just full of mischief.
There is a Daniel hiit and strength workout on my calendar. The mobility challenge is formatted nicely with a good progression from day to day. Admittedly, I split up the routines over two days sometimes.
