Working out with stress urticaria

Good morning, I'm starting a topic because I was working out regularly - it's been almost 5 years now - but in this period I'm suffering from stress urticaria, which is showing when I work out. To me, it's hard to stop completely, because of a chronic eating disorder, sense of guilt etc.

I know that dr. Kelli has a similar stress/ED history, I wanted to ask you how to cope with that. I know that I need to listen to my body and stop, but it's not so easy.

Any suggestion?
