Perspiration Pals February 11th

Hello Pals, we've made it through another week. I'm finding the last week of Strong a bit challenging (that meme above was me, yesterday), so I added in a little recovery and stretching yesterday. It's also been kind of a tiring week, so when I'm too knackered in the morning, I've been trying out other times of day, apparently I can lift just as well before dinner as early in the morning 😅.

Speaking of dinner, I'm looking for ideas. This week we've already had trout, chicken, grilled cheese, so what's left? Fish? Tofu? Pineapple rice? I've already decided to make pumpkin muffins, though that might be a task for tomorrow, what with the weekend and all.
