Meds and weight gain

Hey FB Fam, long time follower, rare poster. Over the past year and a half, I've been diagnosed with bipolar and bpd, yeah, fun stuff. So we've been "playing" around with meds, and after gaining 30 pounds taking Mirtazapine along with Escitalopram, all while eating great, working out consistently, etc... so we switched out the Mirtazapine with Wellbutrin. And that helped with about 10 pounds. And now, I'm stuck in that overweight category for my height. I've cut drinking, excess snacking... I'm at a loss. Anyone here been prescribed with either or both of these meds and was able to make it out in the end at their goal weight, or even pre-med weight. I've never struggled this much, and yet, I am loving what these medications are doing for my mental health, not to mention my marriage.

Any words of advice?

Thanks yall.
