Perspiration Pals Monday February 7th 🏋🍩

Hi everyone. How are you and what are you up to on this 2nd Monday of February? Ready to start a new week or pining for the lost weekend like I am?

I will be finishing Strong 2 this week. Today is the last upper body workout. I know many of you just finished or will also soon finish the program. I've only done round 1 once before, but to the best of my recollection, this round feels like it was tougher and generally has longer routines. Am I imagining things? At any rate, I have been enjoying all the strength training and I have been able to increase my weights throughout, although the hunger generated by weightlifting hasn't helped with my snacking problem (see meme 🙄).
